Hi, I’m Judi Coyle.
Your Lakefield and Area REALTOR®
Lakefield is my home. My dad grew up here, my mother was raised on the east shore of Stoney Lake, and my family has deep roots in the community. My grandfather, Frank S. Coyle, founded Coyle’s Garage in 1939. My dad, Gord, took over the business in 1976, and today my brother Doug carries on the family tradition at Coyle’s Tire and Auto.
I started in real estate in 1980 as a secretary at Hamilton & Hamilton Real Estate in Lakefield. I have been a licensed REALTOR® for more than 25 years, including 15 years working in Apsley and the North Kawartha waterfront market. That experience gave me an understanding of the details that matter when buying or selling waterfront property, from shorelines and septic systems to wells and road access. In 2017, I returned to Lakefield where I continue to serve clients throughout Lakefield and the surrounding area.
I believe in listening first, offering honest advice and making sure my clients feel looked after from beginning to end. No question is too small, and I’ll take the time to help you make decisions that feel right for you.
